BUENA PARK, Calif. -- Two people were arrested and 2,800 pounds of illegal fireworks were seized during a raid in Cypress.
The fireworks were discovered by Buena Park Police Wednesday inside a storage unit on the 4600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
