Aberdeen Proving Ground, and the surrounding areas in Maryland, is once again in the news. Last week, in this column, we talked about Old Baltimore, and the fact that the first Baltimore on Bush was in our part of Harford County before the founding of the present Baltimore City on the Patapsco.
