Snow returned to Harford County Thursday morning, giving children one more "snow day" and leaving roads slick throughout the county during the morning commute. The storm dropped anywhere from a trace of the white stuff to 1 inch by about 9:30 a.m. on the county, Harford County spokesperson Cindy Mumby said, with most of the snow falling along the county's southern tier.
