I have just received the sample ballot with the second half written in Armenian. This must be at least questionable to all other minorities wondering why they are not included.
But to print it in all other languages would be even more questionable to the common-sense citizens, considering that by the Constitution, to be eligible to vote, one has to be either a born or a naturalized citizen of the USA.
Then, why the heck all the related expenses to translate and print the second half of the sample ballot?

Why additional languages on ballot?
