Share |The first game Nintendo showed at their conference this morning was the new Zelda. Legend of Zelda: The Skyward Sword will use Wii Motion Plus to control link with 1 to 1 controls. The game is focusing on swordplay, and the Wii remote and nunchuk are the sword and shield. The nunchuk and remote will also be used for movement control. Unfortunately the Wiimote seems to be a bit unresponsive during the demo but gamers have high hopes for this one. The second game they showcased is the new Mario Sports Mix. This guy won't be coming out until 2011, but it looks promising. It seems to be a mash up of all Mario sports games as well as 3 sports Mario has never had a title with before! Those games include volleyball, dodgeball hockey, and basketball. The game will include powerups as well as accessible gameplay! Goldeneye 007 was another exciting game from Nintendo. While it is a remake of an old classic, this version will feature Daniel Craig as 007 and not Pierce Brosnan. The game will support four player split screen and online game play exclusively for Wii. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime says "If you've never experienced it, get ready for a landmark gaming experience". Last but not least the 3 DS has been shown and received greatly. While it is the follow up to its ridiculously successful portable gaming platform Nintendo DS, this gaming device will feature 3-D graphics that don't require the gamer to wear glasses. Talk about the future! The 3DS will be able to display 3-D movies from Hollywood as well. Disney, Warner Bros and Dreamworks are all already on board. Gamers will also be able to take and view 3-D photos! Those that have gotten a chance to play with the new system say it has some impressive features that have nothing to do with 3-D. Some of those features include a slide pad for analog control, a motion sensor and a gyroscope! Nintendo definitely has an astounding presence at E3 this year and is getting an amazing response from gamers.
Nintendo Remixes the Classics
Many critics are saying that this years E3 has been taken over by Nintendo. Some say the games they are putting out have been the best so far and will be the best of the E3 expo.
