HCC men fall a point shy in region championship bid

One of the most successful seasons in school history came to an end Monday as the Harford Community College men's basketball team fell to Baltimore City in heart-breaking fashion, 81-80, in the NJCAA Region XX Championship in Hagerstown. Baltimore City guard Brian Kelley made the game-winning layup for the Panthers with five seconds remaining in the game to down the Fighting Owls.
