  13. Kim Gonzalez Allegedly Assaults Police Trying To Retrieve Pills From Jail Cell

    After more than four years in a state prison, Kim Gonzalez was arrested again.  On Wednesday, the 39-year-old woman was taken into custody in Littleville for shoplifting.  However, additional charges were tacked on after she was taken to Tuscumbia's all female county jail.  Detectives tell WHNT NEWS 19 after Gonzalez was placed inside a cell, officers say they discovered she smuggled prescription pills into the jail.  When they tried to take her from the cell to remove the pills--which had spilled out in the cell--they say Gonzalez began eating the pills off the floor.
