A former UPS worker convicted of 11 federal felonies related to 50 burglaries and nine home invasion robberies is to be sentenced to 97 years in prison today. That's a stiff sentence even by federal standards. Jason Thomas Scott, 28, was convicted by a jury in the federal courthouse in Greenbelt. His convictions also include counts for armed carjacking, production of child pornography and theft of guns.
