Bob Milloy, Maryland's all-time winningest high school football coach, announced his retirement Wednesday after 50 years on the sidelines. "It's just time," Milloy, 73, a Maryland graduate, said. "There's no overt reason. It was just time. I got no misgivings and no animosity. It's just time to, I guess, relax." Milloy led Good Counsel the past 16 seasons, where his career win total ballooned to 405 last fall as the Falcons went 6-5.
