Ducks trade Carl Hagelin to Penguins for Adam Clendening and David Perron

The Ducks made a move to change up their NHL-worst offense when they acquired left wing David Perron and defenseman Adam Clendening from the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for left wing Carl Hagelin in a trade announced late Friday night.

Ducks General Manager Bob Murray and Pittsburgh General Manager Jim Rutherford finalized the trade via conference call following Anaheim’s 4-2 victory over the Dallas Stars. Murray is expected to comment Saturday.
