Blues sign Brodeur to 1-year deal

The Blues signed Martin Brodeur to a one-year contract on Tuesday, bringing in the NHL's winningest goalie to fill in for the injured Brian Elliott. Brodeur's deal is for $700,000 for one season, which will be pro-rated for the time with the team, plus a $10,000 bonus for every point earned with him on the ice.
