Century's Griner claims coach of the year award

The postseason accolades continue to pile up for Century track and field coach Tony Griner. On Thursday, the veteran indoor and outdoor coach was named the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association High School Coach of the Year for Maryland. Earlier in the week, Griner finished second to Severna Park cross country coach Josh Alcombright for the same honor from MD MileSplit.
