Kyle Matthew Anderson, a retired U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development branch chief, died of cancer Nov. 24 at his home in the Milford Mill section of Baltimore County. He was 58.
Born in Baltimore and raised in Ashburton, he was the son of Paul Anderson, a U.S. Postal Service worker, and Bernadette Anderson, a social worker.
He attended Our Lady of Lourdes School and Lemuel Junior High School, and was a 1976 graduate of Northwestern High School.
He attended Towson University and obtained a bachelor of science degree at Coppin State University. He was a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and was its keeper of records, exchequer and historian.
