Four days following Jeremiah Ratliff's release after the Bears said he claimed to be the devil and wanted to kill everybody inside Halas Hall, coach John Fox reduced the decision to a typical NFL roster move.
Except, of course, it wasn't.
Yet after practice Monday, a typically evasive Fox sounded foolish insisting otherwise in his first public comments on the matter.
