Falling behind 21-0 to the defending league champion is not a formula for success. The Baltimore Brigade discovered that over the weekend in Philadelphia.
The Brigade lost to the defending champion Soul, 69-34, on Saturday night. The Soul’s 21-0 lead in the first quarter set the tone for the rest of the game.
“I am disappointed in our execution,” Brigade coach Omarr Smith said. “We still have a lot of work to do and will use this week to continue to improve as we get ready for our home opener.”
