Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has signed his $2.356 million second-round restricted free-agent tender, according to NFL sources. NFL teams expressed interest in Tucker, but ultimately didn't put in an offer sheet prior to Friday's league deadline due to the draft pick compensation involved.
