Former Ravens outside linebacker Michael McAdoo worked out for the Seattle Seahawks this week, according to a source. McAdoo signed with the Ravens in 2011 as an undrafted rookie from North Carolina after being passed over in the supplemental draft. He spent two seasons on injured reserve with Achilles tendon and knee injuries and never played in a game for the Ravens. The Raevns cut McAdoo in 2013 on the same day that they signed inside linebacker Daryl Smith. McAdoo then signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League, where he recorded one sack.
