The Dallas Cowboys won't be retaining their entire coaching staff. As expected, offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Bill Callahan is leaving the club. Callahan agreed to a three-year deal with the Washington Redskins to be their offensive line coach, according to a source. Callahan just completed his third season in Dallas. The news comes on the heels of the Cowboys reaching a three-year contract extension late Wednesday night with offensive play-caller/passing game coordinator Scott Linehan.
