“Black Monday” in the NFL is the day after the end of the regular season when teams begin to question whether the coach they have is the right one for the future. Two franchises, the St. Louis Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, decided to fire their coaches in Steve Spagnuolo and Raheem Morris, respectively.
