Eagles' Sproles not expected to miss extended time with sprained ligament

Darren Sproles walked into the players' entrance of the NovaCare Complex on Monday afternoon with a slight limp but no crutches or signs of significant injury. It came on a day of relatively good news for the Eagles running back, who learned that he suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee during Sunday's 27-0 win over the New York Giants.
