PITTSBURGH Turnovers on defense and touchdowns on offense have been hard to come by for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season. Then came a magical 73 seconds late in the first half and both occurred relentlessly. With fans at Heinz Field booing after a listless showing through most of the first half, the Steelers turned a game and maybe their season around with a stunning flurry of points to beat the Houston Texans, 30-23, Monday night.
