The Seattle Seahawks have placed receiver Mike Hass on injured reserve and signed guard Trevor Canfield from the Arizona Cardinals practice squad to the 53-man       roster, the team announced this morning.
Canfield was Arizona's seventh-round selection (254th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft.
Seattle also signed receiver Patrick Carter, most recently with Tampa Bay, to its practice squad, filling cornerback Trae Williams roster spot, who was signed to the Pittsburgh Steelers active roster.</article_body>
