My Meadowview Farm homebred Tin Type Gal, a two-time Grade 3 winner on the grass, is set to make her second straight dirt start in the $100,000 Thirty Eight Go Go for fillies and mares 3 and up today at Laurel Park. The 4-year-old Tapit filly, trained by Fair Hill-based Graham Motion, is winless in three starts this year finishing fifth in a 7-furlong optional claimer Nov. 26 at Laurel, her first try on the dirt. Each of her prior seven starts had come in stakes, six of them against graded company.
