Quarterback Matt Schaub returns to Atlanta, where his NFL career began

It didn't take long for former Ravens backup quarterback Matt Schaub to find a new home. And it's a familiar one for the 12-year veteran. 

Schaub, 34, reached agreement on a free-agent deal with the Atlanta Falcons. He spent the first three years of his career with the Falcons as a backup to Michael Vick.

After signing a one-year deal with the Ravens late last March to back up Joe Flacco, Schaub started two games for the Ravens when Flacco sustained a season-ending knee injury. Schaub completed 52 of 80 passes for 540 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions in those two games. Two of those interceptions were returned for touchdowns.
