Longtime Ravens backup Tyrod Taylor will get an opportunity to prove himself as a starting quarterback with the Buffalo Bills, who named him the Week 1 starter Monday, according to multiple reports. A 2011 sixth-round NFL draft pick who spent four years backing up durable starter Joe Flacco, Taylor appeared in 14 games over four years with the Ravens. He never got the opportunity to start in Baltimore, though, and left for Buffalo in free agency to sign an incentive-laden two-year, $7 million contract.
