The Ravens are getting healthier as rookie defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan, offensive guard Kelechi Osemele and wide receiver Marlon Brown returned to practice Wednesday. A second-round draft pick from Florida State, Jernigan has been sidelined for the past four games since getting hurt in the Ravens' win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 11. Jernigan has been moving gingerly, favoring his injured right knee since suffering meniscus damage against the Steelers.  Jernigan participated fully.
