Ravens' John Urschel, Buck Allen are healthy scratches for the second straight week

Despite Ravens coach John Harbaugh saying Monday that John Urschel was ready to play, the one-time projected starting left guard was a game-day inactive Sunday against the Cleveland Browns for the second straight week. Rookie fourth-round pick Alex Lewis will again start at left guard with Ryan Jensen active as the top reserve interior offensive lineman.

Outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith was active after not practicing all week because of an ankle injury. The coaching staff put Smith through an extensive workout on the field before the game and he moved around well.
