The Ravens have yet to make a move to add a quarterback after Joe Flacco season-ending knee injury Sunday. However, they did make a switch at wide receiver, promoting Chuck Jacobs from the practice squad and releasing Joe Morgan.
"He’s been practicing with us and he’s done a really nice job," coach John Harbaugh said. "We’re excited to add him. We let Joe Morgan go to make room. Joe did a good job for us. It just wasn’t kind of working in the plans for us, fit-wise."
Morgan was signed out of a tryout following receiver Steve Smith Sr.'s season-ending Achilles tendon injury, but hasn't played in two games with the Ravens.
