Gilman's Kai Locksley has committed to play football for national champion Florida State, the program he believes is most likely to help him reach his dream of becoming an NFL quarterback.
The son of Maryland offensive coordinator Mike Locksley, he said his decision came down to Florida State or Texas. He had the Terps in his top three, but said he recently dropped them from consideration.
