Torrey Smith, Baltimore activists, school officials to host panel discussion at Dunbar High

Former Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith and his wife, Chanel, will visit Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in East Baltimore Wednesday for a panel conversation on issues facing young black males in the city.
