'Serious bruise' on arm won't affect Eugene Monroe for regular season

Ravens left tackle Eugene Monroe hasn't been cleared to practice all week because of a "pretty serious bruise" on his right forearm, coach John Harbaugh said, an injury suffered Saturday when the Ravens lost three tackles to injury in a 40-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Monroe played the first three series of that game -- the same as other starters -- but had ice on his arm later in the game. Harbaugh said "there’s not a fracture or anything like that,” and that the issue "should be no problem for the regular season."
