Lions' Ihedigbo reports for OTAs amid contract issue

James Ihedigbo is back, but the Detroit Lions safety has made little headway in getting a new contract. Ihedigbo took part in the start of Organized Team Activities Tuesday after sitting out voluntary workouts for the first half of the offseason. A Pro Bowl alternate last year, Ihedigbo is unhappy with the two-year, $3.1 million deal he signed with the Lions last year. He's scheduled to make $1.6 million this fall, including a $500,000 roster bonus that's already been paid. But that contract looks like a bargain considering his production last year and the one-year, $1.5 million contract the Lions gave backup Isa Abdul-Quddus as an unrestricted free agent this offseason. ...
