During the fourth quarter of the Ravens' win Saturday over the Pittsburgh Steelers, long snapper Patrick Scales' high snap caused punter Sam Koch to leap for the football. It was a costly error by Scales, who is the Ravens' third long snapper of the season after Morgan Cox and Kevin McDermott were placed on injured reserve. The high snap gave Pittsburgh safety Shamarko Thomas enough time to beat Ravens fullback Kyle Juszczyk and block the punt out of bounds in the end zone for a safety.
