Restoring Penn State's vacated football victories was a good start that needs to continue with restoration of Joe Paterno's legacy, former players said Friday. A total of 111 wins were restored to Joe Paterno's record, once again making him the winningest coach in major college-football history, as part of an NCAA settlement announced Friday that replaces a 2012 consent decree.
