  3. Handing out superlatives for this Ravens draft class

Now that I have had a couple of days to defragment my brain after a hectic NFL draft weekend, I figured I would hand out superlative style-evaluations of the Ravens&rsquo; eight-player draft class. These are just the opinions of one man (though it&rsquo;s a man who spent much of the past two months researching draft prospects). Feel free to leave your assessments or reactions to mine in the comments section below.

  9. Which remaining free agents might fit with Ravens?

We&rsquo;re 48 hours into free agency, and the Ravens have got just one player -- linebacker Chavis Williams, <a href=&quot;http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/ravens/ravens-insider/bal-ravens-bring-back-linebacker-chavis-williams-20120315,0,4838219.story" target="_blank">who played five games for them</a> in 2011 -- to sign on the dotted line. But around the NFL, many of the top unrestricted free agents have come off the board, led by defensive end Mario Williams, who just received one of the biggest contracts in NFL history from the Buffalo Bills.

  19. Mike Preston: It's status quo for the Ravens' offensive line

The Ravens said they wanted to upgrade the offensive line in the offseason, but so far they haven't. It's still early, but it looks like the team has pretty much committed to the same bunch of characters from a year ago. The Ravens didn't re-sign left guard Ben Grubbs, their best offensive lineman. Instead, they re-signed veteran center Matt Birk to a three-year contract and allowed left tackle Bryant McKinnie to collect a $500,000 roster bonus -- a clear indication he'll return next season.
