Browns' Ryan Seymour suspended four games for violating PED policy

PITTSFORD, N.Y. Browns backup center Ryan Seymour has been suspended without pay for the first four games of the upcoming regular season because he violated the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances, the league announced Monday. Seymour, 25, is eligible to participate in the remaining preseason practices and games, but he won't be allowed to return to the active roster until Oct. 5, the Monday following the Browns' Week 4 game against the San Diego Chargers.
