Ravens' Haloti Ngata sidelined again for Thursday's practice

Nose tackle Haloti Ngata was again the only Ravens player sidelined from practice Thursday, and he appears headed for another game-time decision Sunday. Ngata sat out the Ravens' 23-20 overtime loss to the Chicago Bears last Sunday because of a knee injury sustained the previous week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Ngata has not practiced in nearly two weeks. Tight end Dennis Pitta, who returned to practice Wednesday after a nearly four-month absence because of a discloated and fractured right hip, also practiced Thursday.
