Former Ravens QB Kyle Boller signs with the Chargers

In the 2003 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens selected Terrell Suggs with the No. 10 pick, and Kyle Boller with No. 19. Suggs panned out, becoming a fan favorite and elite pass rusher, and Boller didn’t, becoming a quarterback the city loves to hate.  Now, Boller, despite the fact he’s completed just 17 passes in the last two seasons, finds himself in an NFL training camp once again. The San Diego Chargers official website reports that Boller has signed a one-year deal with the team after backup Charlie Whitehurst suffered a knee injury this week.
