1. Are the Ravens ready for the Patriots' no-huddle offense?

Having grown up in Annapolis, Bill Belichick remembers watching quarterback Johnny Unitas, one of the NFL's pioneers of the pass, drive the Baltimore Colts up and down the field with their version of the two-minute drill. At the time, no one did it quite like the man with the golden arm.

  7. Jeff Zrebiec's scouting report: Ravens vs. Texans

RAVENS PASSING GAME: Quarterback Joe Flacco has had a solid season, but he's struggled in the Ravens' two road games, continuing a trend from last season. He has one touchdown, two interceptions, a 50.7 completion percentage and he's been sacked six times. He has had good success against Houston with four touchdowns and one interception in three games. His offensive line, which held its own against DeMarcus Ware last week, will have its hands full versus a young and quick front.

  11. Up next for Ravens: the remade Houston Texans

The Houston Texans are, in many ways, a different team than the one the Ravens prepared for when they hosted them back in Week 6. But the fact that the Texans will return to M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 15 for an AFC Divisional Round game speaks volumes about their depth — and determination.

  13. Pass protection could be an issue for offense

If Joe Flacco’s teammates really want to help the Ravens quarterback in Sunday’s AFC championship game against the New England Patriots, one area they could look to improve is keeping a more stable pocket for him.

  17. Quick Hits on the Ravens' 20-13 win over the Texans

Sunday’s 20-13 win was ugly and it was too close for comfort, but that’s how the Ravens roll. And thanks to the play of Lardarius Webb, Ed Reed and the Baltimore defense, the Ravens are rolling to their second AFC championship game in coach John Harbaugh’s four seasons as head coach. They will play the New England Patriots on the road next Sunday, and if the Ravens pull off the upset, they are headed to the Super Bowl.

  19. Five Things We Learned in the Ravens 20-13 playoff win over the Texans

    1. There is nothing wrong with conceding that Ed Reed and Ray Lewis aren't the players they once were. I don't even think that statement is really all that controversial. No man can outrun the steady march of time, not even the two greatest defensive players of this era. But in a way, I'm more fascinated watching Reed and Lewis now than I was when they were both in their prime. Because they're both still capable of conjuring up a little magic. There is something admirable about watching a great lion dig deep and mount one final, furious charge. Perfection is unnecessary. All that matters is that you live to fight another day.

  21. Ravens' offense needs help from its 'big brother,' the defense

When their offense lined up on 3rd down with 1:38 left Sunday, the Ravens were inches away from Foxborough, Mass. One short surge straight ahead and they were in the AFC championship game.
