Two high octane offenses collided on the gridiron at Franklin High Friday night in the Class 3A North Region championship game and the host Indians emerged with a 28-14 victory over Bel Air. No. 4 Franklin (11-1), the defending Class 3A state champion, won its 11th straight game after a season-opening loss to Calvert Hall. They entered the game averaging 41 points while allowing just 14.
