    SUSQUEHANNA UNIVERSITY: Three local students were named to Susquehanna University's dean's list for the spring 2012 semester. The dean's list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or higher out of a possible 4.0 for the semester. To qualify, students must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours. Gregory Arment, of Jarrettsville, a recent graduate majoring in music education, is a 2008 graduate of North Harford High School and the son of Kenneth and Kathy Arment; Matthew Brown, of Bel Air, a rising senior majoring in biology and secondary education, is a 2009 graduate of C.
