Harford school board approves spending $16.4 million for capital improvements

The Harford County Board of Education approved the Fiscal Year 2013 Capital Improvement Program at its Monday night meeting that calls for $16.4 million in spending, and also delays, at least for a year, construction projects at Homestead Wakefield Elementary School in Bel Air, Youth's Benefit Elementary in Fallston and William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary in Abingdon.
