Roundup: Towson women's lacrosse win CAA title in OT

With 35 seconds left in overtime, Towson midfielder Michelle Gildea scored to lift the Tigers over James Madison, 12-11, on Sunday at William & Mary for the Colonial Athletic Association title. The win gave Towson (11-7) its sixth conference championship, and the Tigers became the first team to win the title three times in a row. Towson started strong and led 5-0 early in the first half. The Dukes (11-7) never took the lead, but they rallied to draw even at 9 with 15:38 to play in regulation and again at 10 with 2:20 left. Midfielder Colby Unkle (Manchester Valley) scored in the first minute of overtime to put the Tigers ahead, but James Madison answered with 1:24 left in the period...
