Fred Farrier named full-time football coach at Morgan State

Never mind that the Morgan State football team lost six straight games and finished 3-8. On Friday, the school promoted Fred Farrier, the Bears' interim coach, to full-time status.

In announcing the move, athletic director Edward Scott said that "Coach Farrier is committed to the values of Morgan State University. Fred has shown a true commitment to the overall student-athlete experience and he provides much-needed stability for our program moving forward."
