    Authorities in central Pennsylvania are trying to determine whether alcohol played a role in the death of a university student.   Police say 19-year-old Bloomsburg University student Brian Savage of Elizabethtown was found unresponsive Saturday morning in an apartment. Paramedics tried to revive him but were unable to do so, and he was pronounced dead by Columbia County Coroner Lori Masteller.
