    <strong><em>Head Coach Bobby Petrino (opening statement) &ndash;</em></strong><em> </em>&ldquo;We&rsquo;re excited about tomorrow and getting started in spring practice. I thought the winter program went well. Our guys worked hard. They&rsquo;re still finishing up testing tonight on the bench press. We will release some of that information tomorrow to everybody, but the tests have gone well. I think we&rsquo;ve improved physically. That&rsquo;s one of the biggest parts of the winter program is to get your body in the best possible shape it&rsquo;s ever been in, and our guys have worked hard on that. I&rsquo;ve liked what I&rsquo;ve seen from our teamwork and our leadership, but certainly that will be tested here when we start spring ball.

    It happened near the end of the first half of the Arkansas-Vanderbilt football game. Quarterback Tyler Wilson was desperately trying to cut into a 21-7 Vandy lead. Wilson, who was suffering the same kind of abuse that Alabama had dished out back on September 24, directed the Hogs from the Commodores 41 to their 11 as the clock ticked down to 9 seconds. On successive plays he was steamrolled after the pass, first by Vanderbilt senior linebacker Chris Marve and then by sophomore safety Carl Butler.
