Baltimore native C.J. Fair was not selected in Thursday night's NBA draft at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Fair, who played at Syracuse for four years and emerged as a star his junior and senior seasons, was projected as a mid-to-late second round pick by many sites.  The former City star trained with George Gervin and John Lucas to prepare for the draft and was confident heading into the night that he would hear his name called. Fair worked out with 16 of the NBA's 32 teams, but none of them took a chance on the 6-foot-8 forward.  Fair could not be reached for comment.
