NBA superstar LeBron James, who spurned the Miami Heat to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers a summer ago, has officially exited South Beach with one last score. The 11-time NBA All-Star this week sold his oceanfront compound in Coconut Grove, Fla., for $13.4 million, down from his original asking price of $17 million, but $4.4 million more than the $9 million he paid for the home in 2010.
