Making his first career big league spring training start, Orioles right-hander Tyler Wilson made easy work of the New York Yankees in an exhibition game Saturday afternoon, throwing four scoreless innings in a 10-2 victory at Steinbrenner Field. Wilson, the organization's Minor League Pitcher of the Year last season, retired 12 of the 13 batters he faced against a Yankees lineup that included seven starters.
