Two of the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference's boys lacrosse juggernauts met in Pylesville Friday night, where North Harford hosted Fallston in a Chesapeake Division game.
North Harford raced out to a 6-1 first quarter lead and Fallston, with few first quarter possessions, found itself in a hole the Cougars couldn't climb out of. The Hawks answered every Fallston offensive surge with one of their own, pulling away even further for the 18-9 win. North Harford's lead was 10-4 at half.
The contest was the Hawks, 1-0 league, 7-0 overall, first division game, while Fallston, the defending conference champion, slipped to 1-1 in the league and 4-3 overall.
